Apartamentul este proaspat renovat. Mobila este suficienta cat sa putem locui,si NU este inclusa in pret. Se vinde impreuna cu proiectul de design primit de la arhitecta cu care am colaborat.

 

Cand se poate viziona?

In general seara, dupa 18:30 sau in WE.

 

Colaboram cu agentii?

 

DA, dar nu oferim exclusivitate. Pentru ca in apartament se locuieste, nu ne dorim sa ne intalnim ca sa ne cunoastem, sa facem poze si sa "discutam". In mod ideal ne intalnim direct la vizionare, atunci cand ar trebui sa fie prezent si clientul.

What we offer

A 3 bedroom apartment, on the 15th floor (out of 16 total), in a building that was finalized in 2013, that stands out because of the spacious and bright rooms. The Livingroom is 57 sqm, the "work from home" room is 14 sqm, the bedroom is 15 sqm and the master bedroom (with an on suite bath room and dressing) is 31 sqm.

 

2 PARKING SPACES (20.000 EUROS each) AND 2 STORAGE ROOMS (5000 euros each) IN THE UNDERGROUND PARKING are available. The Parking lot goes 3 floors unferground.

 

The balcony that allows you to see the mountains on a sunny day is as long as the entire apartment and can be accessed from each of the 4 rooms.

Big windows together with the fact that it is oriented towards East makes for bright rooms even during early morning.

 

The apartment is finished with massive oak floorings, the bathrooms (2) have huge mirrors and the heating plant is new and has a 45l hot water boiler included.

 

The residential complex has 3 levels of underground parking.

 

Close by you can find multiple restaurants, a pharmacy, gym (worldclass/sweat), dry-cleaning, hairdresser, supermarket and banks, restaurants.

Why do we sell?

We love the apartment, the way it is divided is excellent, but we realized we need a bigger one. Yes... we know!

 

Is the price negotiable?

Only after you visit the apartment. In a calm and creative way.

 

Furnished or unfurnished?

The apartment is freshly refurbished. The furniture is enough to live in it, but it is not included in the price. An interior design project is available.

 

When can it be visited?

The best time for us is after 18:30 and in the WE. If no other way, we can try to find an alternative interval.

Do we work with agents?

YES, but we do not offer exclusivity. Because the apartment is rented, we don't want to meet to “get to know each other”, take pictures and "discuss". Ideally, we meet directly at the viewing when the client should also be present.
